2011 Daniel Fast: January 9th - 30th

It's a new year and we are so excited to have the privilege of being alive to see and partake in what God is doing.  Every new year, God gives us a clean start, but this year, it is more than that:  As we crossed over from 2010 to 2011, there was a change in "Seasons."  God is out to do something special.  God has moved into a new time block and new dispensation.  In the days ahead we will begin to see a different pattern in the general world order.  Things will be different.  God moves in dispensations or what can be described as time-purpose blocks of time.  When He has accomplished His purpose in a particular dispensation, He moves to the next.

For the believer in Jesus, these are truly exciting times.  Times to look out for the new and set aside the old.

Isaiah 43:19 AMP
(19)  Behold, I am doing a new thing! Now it springs forth; do you not perceive and know it and will you not give heed to it? I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.

At this time as God, draws the curtain on a particular dispensation, we look eagerly to see what God will say and do; we desire to be part of what our heavenly Father is doing.  We look forward to discovering our assigned roles.  Habakkuk writes: "I will stand upon my watch, and set me upon the tower, and will watch to see what he will say unto me, and what I shall answer when I am reproved." Habakkuk 2:1

That is why, we believers are setting aside 21 days of fasting and prayer to watch and to hear from our Father.

Join us from January 9th to 30th, 2011 while we await with bated breath the power, the glory and move of God.
